Our intake process encompasses multiple steps to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client and caregiver's support system, strengths, needs, goals, and expected treatment outcomes. Services Covered by Insurance
Due to services being requested through your insurance company, the client's start date may experience a delay ranging between 7 and 14 days. Presently, we are in-network with Cigna and MagellanHealth. However, some plans may honor out-of-network benefits. We suggest completing the DT assessment to determine eligibility for our private pay options.

Caregivers complete "Enrollment Form"
DT staff will reach out to the caregiver within 3 days.
A meeting with DT staff and the caregiver covers essential information.
An assessment in the home setting is conducted
An initial authorization report is submitted to the client's insurance.
Services begin providing weekly caregiver updates.

Services with Private Pay
Services requested through private pay follow the same steps as our insurance guidelines, but they often allow for quicker service initiation. Our "Meet & Greet and Assessment" is available for a flat rate of $150 and typically takes about 2 hours to complete. Following the assessment and determination of client needs by DT, a private pay rate will be agreed upon by DT and the caregiver. Private pay rates are influenced by factors such as the type of service (therapy, tutoring, shadowing, etc.), the credentials of the staff member, and the frequency of hours requested by the client.
